I was pretty ticked off by that email too. If they think it wasn't completely transparent they're fulling themselves. I haven't renewed my membership yet this year because over the past year (my first year as a member) I was really disgusted to find out how the whole OCK organization was run (not just in this instance, they have a history of being greedy dumbasses). I agree with your statement about replacing the whole lot of them.
