I really hate how impossible it's become to escape that redneck voice in the US. I'm in California and I've heard it many a time. It's like stupid needs a way to announce itself prior to voicing opinions.

It doesn't sound redneck to me. It just sounds Canadian.

It sounds more Midwesteren, which is more Canadian Lite.

I think it's far worse that everything that comes out of her mouth is delivered in that 'folksy' way that makes her sound like she's GWB's hand-reared assbaby.

Its slightly less heavy than a Canadian accent.
