The "Real" IRA and the "Continuity" IRA have both killed people in the last few days. Two soldiers and a policeman.

Wankers. No one even knows what their point is, never mind the fact they can't organise themselves into a single, coherently named force for change.

Yeah, after years and years of ceasefire. And one of the people arrested was 17, so there has been peace in Northern Ireland for most of his life anyway.

Dude, the policeman was shot on the street I grew up on.

At least this time round, these idiots don't have the support of our Deputy First Minister.

Although interestingly the threat from dissidents was raised to severe a few days before the attacks (several car bombs that were intercepted) and the Sinn Fein party asked not to involve the armed forces.

This beats me up so much though. Because those soldiers were off to Afghanistan the next day... and to the IRA... I am pretty sure BinLaden and his cronies are as much a threat to you as everyone else in the West.

Worse thing is, in true NI style, there will likely be a revenge attack from the Unionist style... and hey presto... welcome back 1970.
