The question is, Macbook or PC?

I also just found that the max hard drive size they sell is 200GB. WTF is that shit? I just saw a PC online with a 400GB hard drive.

Whu? I'm afraid you're talking a foreign language now. My computer is so old that it has a 10 gigs hardrive. 10 gigs. I also have an external hardrive - something to opt for whatever choice you make, because while 400gb sounds nice, don't put all your eggs in one basket, please.
