At that age you'd wonder how it could happen, but my wise childcare expert and care worker of a housemate notes that it could be as simple as a baby struggling as he baby-grow/rompersuit is put on. They're such tiny little bones...

It is easily done, yis. When Yvonne (no.1 daughter) was little, she had a friend who broke both his legs when his mum fell down the stairs carrying him. She wasn't being careless, it was just one of those horrible horrible things. They were a bit older than Bronx, but not much. About six/seven months I think. Awwww. I hope the poor little man's all better soon.

Oh, don't you just know it. There'll be those with no experience who declare that this CANNOT happen by accident, the earth mothers who say that with a modicum of care it never WOULD happen, and those who just look for any excuse to have a go at her. Hmmmmm.
