I feel bad for two people in all of this, if it's true: The kid, who is going to have the weirdest homelife with two apparently off-kilter parents. And Patrick who is way more capable of being a parent than Pete is, and who wants it so badly, bless him.

OH GOD, Patrick. :( Poor guy. He must be so torn. Thrilled for Pete, but devastated that it's not him. :/

And seriously, that is going to be one dysfunctional family. Not so much because of the parents, but I fear for any kid who has to have Joe Simpson for a grandfather.

I know nothing about Joe Simpson. But he's bound to get Joe Trohman as some kind of godfather, so I guess that balances out with sheer awesomeness.

But yeah, if this is in the real, I just want to hug Patrick right now.

Basically, Joe Simpson is a total nutjob. Dude's just weird. So, yeah, that should be fun for the kid.

But Joe as a godfather? THUMBS UP to that. He'd be awesome.

And yes, I think we all need to give Patrick a hug. I also volunteer to be his baby mama. Like, RIGHT NOW. I think I need to book a flight to Uganda ;)
