It's always a shock when someone passes, especially at a young age. I lost several friends in high school to cancer, diabetes and meningitis and it always seemed so unfair to me that these people were taken so young when they had so much to live for. At the time it just made me a really bitter, cynical person but I've since realized that you can't take anyone for granted because as you said, you don't know how long you'll have them for.
I love Patrick so fucking much. He got me through my year from hell and I wish I could do the same for him. :/
And I love you so much. I know I've said it before, but I'll say it again, because I am so truly blessed to know you and I'm honoured to have you as a friend. ♥ xo
