5'9".

He's the tallest in the band. The full band's heights are as follows:

Patrick - 5'4" (almost 5'5", but he apparently rounds down)
Andy - 5'6"
Pete - 5'7"
Joe - 5'9"

And he actually looks like he's inviting us to climb on in that picture.
