There was just another comment from that dumb fangirl - it seems to have been deleted now - bitching about me writing fanfiction and "having a tattoo I won't want in 10 years".
Moron.
However my life and interests change, all of my tattoos will always mean to me what they meant to me when I had them done; it's like a history of me. And I love that idea. I'm never going to forget how much I loved the music, or how amazing it was to watch that dude on stage, or how much fun travelling across the globe to see them live was, because I have reminders on my wrist and on my shoulder. I don't believe in regret, just hindsight, so I'm never going to regret getting the little dude.
My life pretty much revolves around music, and has done since I was fourteen; but kids like this? They'll have forgotten about all these bands in ten years time and lost huge chunks of who they were.
Kids like this are just a waste of energy to try to have a rational conversation with.
