I went to look at the user info ... and wanted to cry. (Totally agree with your icon!)
I find that there are great writers of all ages - and crappy writers of all ages, too. The crappy writers that are "older girls" (mid-20s +) make me (and the Baby Jesus) want to cry. Betas (and spell-check) are such good things. Very good things.
