So, I have a couple of questions for Pete Wentz:

1) Why do you have a lighter in your pocket? Going from being edge to drinking occasionally, I can maybe understand, but you're smoking, now? (Also, I love how you appear to be flaunting the fact by making sure it's not tucked right in or kept in your girlfriend's handbag. Great message for those 12 year olds, there.)

2) Do you do a lot of off-roading? Because I'm curious as to why someone who likes to talk about protecting the planet is driving a Range Rover in LA.

It seemed awfully strange from the start for a 'straight edge' person to be opening a bar, I mean, c'mon, it didn't really make much business sense at all too, since most of his fanbase are under the legal drinking age.

And gee, after all that Live Earth publicity for the band, you'd think he'd try to change some of his habits =/

It's not like he couldn't afford an eco-friendly car...

I don't think they were opening it for the fans' benefit. They always said it was like their club house - and of the bands involved, FOB were the only straightedge kids.

About the lighter I have no effing clue. If he is smoking now, that is a bad choice. Now all the teenies will be rockin their whole clandestine outfit with a cigarette in their mouth just to be like Petey!?! As for the Range Rover I thought about that awhile ago when the paparazzi got pictures of his car. I was like WTF? Makes you wonder what he actually truly believes and what he says for a buck?

I've pretty much started to take everything about Pete Wentz as facts that could be disproven at any moment. ROFL. At this point I'm even starting to doubt the color of his eyes.

That was my reasonable response. My lizard brain says:

Did he just have the lighter one day, or is it a constant? Because he could've just had it for an obnoxious reason like fireworks or something. If he is smoking though, that's stupid. There's really no reason for a 27 year old to start smoking. I kind of understand when teenagers start, even twenty year-olds.. It's stupidity, youth.. But someone his age?
