I'm watching a programme about the Shroud of Turin.

MAN, some people are so desperate to believe.

Seriously. I'm pretty annoyed cuz my brother tends to stop on programs like that and start running commentary on how stupid it is, and, though reassuring in his cynicism, I still don't want to listen to people cling to their theories -__-

I find the programmes fascinating, but the people in them - even the people saying it must absolutely, categorically be a fake - kind of pathetic.

Religion is srsbsnss.

I watched a program on it a while back. It's pretty interesting for what it is, but definitely agree.

I'm not even saying that the shroud itself is fake - it may very well be, but they haven't actually been able to figure out how that would be done, so who knows? - but the people who are like, "NO, NO, NO! IT'S ALL REAL! YOU'RE ALL STUPID IF YOU THINK IT'S NOT! LALALALALALALALALALA!!" and make up even less plausible reasons that it is real, kind of make me fear for their sanity.

Personally, I believed some guy called Jesus existed, I just don't really think he was the son of God in the way people believe today.

Mostly because I don't believe in gods of any denomination. Mystic/psychic/lunatic, maybe, though.
