idk I like Patrick's outfit but the whole thing I've been seeing around lately where it's awesome to wear skinny jeans with inflation device shoes/gather your pant legs and tuck them inside, and pop the tongue out over the laces type thing is just.... I hate to say it, but retarded.
And he needs to either wear hats that compliment his head or grow the hair out a little more.
