We saw The Dark Knight, tonight.

All I can really bring myself to say about it, is that before, he was never really dead. Now, it's hit home more than it ever did.

It's so sad to think that such a great talent is gone... Seems like the film's cursed, with all the stuff which has happened.

I actually loved the character. I sympathised with him a lot - Heath gave him a really kind of endearing element that you wouldn't expect to feel for a crazed mass murderer. It's hard to explain. The twitchiness he gave him was almost lost-little-boy.

I loved it.

And I loved that he almost mimicked Jack's voice while playing him, just giving it that traceable line of kind of... heritage, I guess.

Yeah, it's kinda putting me off seeing the film tbh. It's dark enough already by the sounds of it, without that. I don't know why I feel so sad about someone I don't even know dying, but I do. It just seemed like such a waste.

He does give a brilliant performance in it. I think it's worth seeing - it's just a bit jarring, that while you watch his first major scene you're just thinking, "I can't believe this man is dead."
