Oh God, dude, I know. I have very few real Panic or MCR fangirls on my flist, and most of the FOB fans are fairly mature about it, but I couldn't handle all the flailing if I did.

I just- does John Walker really receive the birthday wishes posted on an obscure blog on the infinite blogsphere? Really? And if he does, do you really want him to see in the same journal you've written NC-17 porn about him and all his bandmates? How is this a good thing?
*sigh* Bandom is such an awkward beast now. I don't even know- more so than any other RPS fandom I've been in people just embarrass themselves nonstop. NONSTOP. Makes the rest of us look bad.

But I'm totally with you on this. I'm just hoping that bratty bandom will either grow out of bandom, or grow into some common sense and stop trying to hand out print outs or links to people's fic, just to get remembered.
The thing with birthday wishes... I dunno. I'd be lying if I said I'd never done it, but when I mention it in a post it's more for my own amusement. But I do kind of sneer when other people do it. Because hypocrisy is totally my thing.
