Is anyone else finding that they're not getting comments emailed again?

I just realised that a ton more people had commented on my tattoo than I had realised.

I am getting mine but I seem to be in the minority. I have noticed this question on my friends list and on about three different communities so I think LJ as a whole is failing on this one.
