Two things:

1) What exactly is 'Final' about Final Fantasy, given that we're now on VERSION FUCKING TWELVE?!

2) The Foxy Bingo advert makes it look like it's advertising loads of very uncomfortable lesbians.

Yes I agree with the second point.

The first is a certain point. They were going out of business and wanted to make a game which would be their last and best game.
To their surprise though, the game became a cult following and several sequential games have come out to foolow on the success.
Can you tell I love Final Fantasy :)
