He's being weird about it. There have been a couple of mentions in interviews of him having a girlfriend, and he's been avoiding the question altogether.
Personally, I think he came out and that's why it's all a secret. It's actually a dude.
Patrick has just become camper than a row of tents lately.
Weird, though avoiding the question altogether sounds kinda like Patrick whether it's a guy or girl. He seem to take it as a personal insult whenever anyone appears to care more about his personal life than music.

And it wouldn't surprise me if Patrick ended up having a boyfriend, as opposed to a girlfriend. Although, Vicky T. is quite sexy. :-) (Yes, I'd totally make out with her - but what girl wouldn't?)
And have you seriously never heard that expression before?!
But yeah, there was a video interview recently where he made mention of wanting to be a grandfather and Pete totally incredulously reminds him that 'dudes would have to be able to have babies first', or words to that effect.
Which is kind of the most interesting 'evidence' for me, because he kind of says it without thinking. As if Patrick is the one talking rubbish.
