So, as I mentioned in teh seekrit post™ - I've been asked to work on the Holy Roman Empire street team.

Today, work began. You can now join the Street Team at MySpace and if you're interested in news, you can also add holyromanlj for any new articles and discussion.

I know that a lot of the people on my flist would love this band if you gave them a listen - so just take a couple of minutes to check them out and let me know what you think.


(Some of you might be interested to know that members of HRE were formerly in Arma Angelus, Stabbed By Words and Rise Against - curiosity piqued?)

I was just on their Myspace listening to some of their tracks a couple hours ago. I like what I hear :) but then again, I've never disliked anything you've reccomended. You've got damn good taste.

They're based in Chicago. You should keep an eye out for live shows.

Personally, I think their best stuff is the things they haven't put on the MySpace.

their next show is at the Metro in late september.
I have a feeling I'm going to be practically living at the Metro, what with Ludo, Playradioplay, HRE and others all having shows there coming up. :)

Hurrah! I'm so glad. They are an amazing band (the stuff not on the profile is actually some of the best) and they're the loveliest people imaginable.
