Yeah, I saw that. I'm straightedge, so I don't support any kind of drugs use for any reason, but it makes me kind of mad when people make excuses for their behaviour.

I won't lie. I sip a drink every once in a while, but I've never been drunk. The one time I did get buzzed, I HATED the feeling, and sobered up quicker than I think I've seen or heard of anyone doing so. Which lead me to being sXe..

But I guess I'm not really straightedge if I sip, huh?

Well, technically, no - but I can see where you're coming from. Even before I became edge I never really drank. I'm 25 and I can count on one hand the number of times I've been drunk, with fingers to spare - even when I did drink it would be very little, and not enough to make me feel any different - like one glass of cider or something.

So I feel like I was edge from the start, pretty much.

When IOH came out, I was reading more and more about FOB and them being straightedge, when in a sense, NONE OF THEM are straightedge anymore! I was like 'give me something to hold on to, guys!' hahaha.

But I've got the music and the lyrics. That's all I really need.

And it's not like they've been seen stumbling drunk out of place, ever. So..

Hahaha. Well. The promiscuity and even the veganism are sort of optional extras. True edge, as it originated, was just focused on substance abuse and leaving a clean lifestyle.

But I'm pro-sexual modesty, too, anyway!

I do have my friends around here, but for some reason (mostly the fact I seem to be the voice of the unpopular opinion around here) I get trolled incessantly. There was a time when I had to have my comments on friends only.
