Carpal Tunnel of Fail

rosiedoesI just had to order a keyboard and mouse for my laptop. I've spent so much time on it the last couple of weeks that it's giving me real problems with my arms and hands. Resting my wrists on the computer is makes them hot and I want to claw my skin off.
My hands are, y'know, also going totally numb. And sweating so much I can't use my touchpad.
I already have what I think must be Raynaud's (a lot of people in my family have it, and I've got all the symptoms) so I don't want to do any more damage than I have to.
The funny part? My LED mouse cost £0.01 on Amazon. The postage is £4.98.
