It has to be said:

Jurassic PORK!

Seriously though, that kind of makes you wonder what's in the water around those parts...

I hope someone scooped it up and put it in their freezer. And didn't just take a picture and leave.

I'd love to know how big it is. There's nothing to relate it to inthe picture...

What is it, where is it from (the picture and the creature) and is there any explanation where the picture is?

And why does it have a bandage on its 'arm'?

Looked it up and one place thinks it is a sea turtle without a shell (so a mutated sea turtle as it looks only vaguely like the sea turtles I just Googled) although there is a rotting one here if you can stomach it -

If it is a sea turtle it's probably one that is in the process of evolving into something else!

Found this when Googling "washed up creature beach" too -

Maybe a teenage mutant ninja tutle, on reflection.

I don't think it's a turtle - it has legs! - but I saw the other monster before, too. Isn't it odd how we never hear about this stuff?

Personally, I think I'm erring toward it being some kind of movie prop which has been used for a prank or something.

Apparently the local paper in that town reckons it is a bloated, rotting raccoon with the hair fallen off. I can see what they mean from the fingers but I am not sure.

It could just be something deformed (like that one-eyed kitten) - though the bandage is still a bit odd.

The bandage could just be something it got caught up in, but it's blatantly not a racoon.
