It's dark, I'm not planning on leaving the house.

But tomorrow I might get out the video camera.

I forgot how you know. It was nearly 8pm there.

Because I am a super genius of epic proportion, clearly.

Hahaha.

Well, I did try to take a picture out of my front door, but it's too dark for my SK.

It might have melted by tomorrow. But if not, you may have a picture of the fat sand covered in snow.

AMAZING.

We've had snow here, but it's been more annoying than pretty. It's a layer of ice, then a layer of snow, and then a layer of ice. All the trees are wearing ice-suits. But I think they've finally melted today.

Dan from FYS posted pics of cars coated in layers of ice, recently.

Mix is always bitching about the weather in Milwaukee, too.

I would love to live somewhere where we got proper snow every winter.

I don't mind it, but I'd rather live somewhere where they were used to getting snow. If we get a lot of show, everyone panics and the city shuts down. We had an ice storm, 41,000 people were without power, the mall shut down.. It was a mess.

That wouldn't happen in Wisconsin.

Well, yeah - we have the same problem here. We're not used to cold weather, no one's clothes are warm enough, cars aren't ready for it...

It's ridiculous.

See, the thing is, that it snows here every winter. It might not snow for weeks on end or anything, but we get at least one snow every winter. We had three pretty big ones last winter, and then a lot of little flurries and stuff.

But by the time the next year comes around, people forget that it snows. So they freak out.

When I was twelve, school was canceled for all but one day in January because it snowed like, 18 inches. We should've been ready for it and been able to adapt more efficiently.

We get freak outs at the flurries, dude. You get less than 3cm and people are being told to stay at home because it's treacherous out.

i am jealous. we have SO much snow here, that we had to take our fence in the backyard down, cause we ran out of yard space to put it all!

we have to snow blow our backyard, just so the dogs can use the washroom. if i can get a chance, i'll take some digi's of it, and post.

we still have a good 2 full months of snow and winter left.

it's beautiful, but after 3 months already, it's starting to get to be a bit much.
