Same way you would with any OS - you access it through your web browser.
Type the address http://192.168.0.1 into your browser and a pop-up should appear asking for a user/pass combo - in this case admin/sky (unless you changed it.)
If I recall correctly, Sky routers are Netgear, so you would select Setup > Wireless Settings.
