My friend's post said "This makes me very sad. Celebrity is such a horrid thing. So if you do one thing tonight, raise a glass to her. Who's it going to hurt?" which I thought was very lovely and respectful.
Her son dying was a sort of "oh my god what else could happen?" jokey topic, but no one wished this.
I really didn't know much at all about her, and I'm sorry she died. But why is she all over the news in really huge stories, while Scootergate registers a mere blip?
