There was a Fall Out Boy video on C4 a few minutes ago. I thought Patrick was singing "This ain't a scene it's a deaf horse race" - or possibly dead horse or dead arse! I can see what you mean about Patrick's interesting way with singing lyrics.

I can't work out how 'arms race' can possibly sound like dead arse race.
