So, we discover that Patrick is also into small, yappy dogs, and everyone starts mocking and pointing out that SORRY BUT THAT IS A GAY MAN'S POOCH. If it fits in a handbag, it's not a dog for a straight dude. It's not, I'm sorry.

And we're clearly making fun of him, saying that OMG PATRICK CAME OUT. Because, y'know: THEY ACT GAY AND KISS AND ALL SAY THEY LOVE EACH OTHER AND EVERYONE KNOWS IT. And we love the dude and like the dog and it's funny.

And yet there are always the total fucking morons with no sense of humour, who are clearly still convinced that one day they're going to get married a pet together with Patrick, who feel the need to be all Rational™ and point out, 'Um, guys? Lisa probably picked the dog'.

WTF, NO WAY?! HIS GIRLFRIEND?! MIGHT HAVE PICKED THE HANDBAG POOCH?! REALLY?!?!?!!111!!!!

How fucking dumb are these people? Because there's this thing, right? And it's called humour. And affectionately teasing people you're fond of is humourous. It is - get this - kidding around. I know it's hard to imagine, given so many of you are fans of a band who dress up in dayglo and make a point of NOT TAKING THINGS SERIOUSLY, but once in a while, step back and just laugh with the rest of us, okay?

It'll make bandom a happier place to be. And I won't have to punch your face in if you ever meet me.

the funny thing is if i had to patrick stump having a dog, penny fits what i pictured him with. i don't think anyone in that post was raining on a fun parade or anything, my comment about his girlfriend being behind the dog was explaining what i had thought. i don't know if your rant was directed at me, but i find the dog entertaining just as entertaining as anyone else.
