Today was a nice day (or should I say 'afternoon' seeing as I got up just before 3pm?). We went down to the beach and listened to live Reggae in the sunshine. Can't go wrong.

It is an awesome place. So busy in summer and so kind of... I don't know how to describe winter, here, but it's kind of dramatic with the grey skies and stormy waters.

You will be most welcome! And there are loads of places we could take you to eat, as well!

Me and the small one could come down anytime on the train, once he switches to 2 naps instead of 3, so I have longer windows of free time! That should be next month :) Do you work M-F now?

Yeah, I do. I get my first pay on Thursday, but it'll only be half a month, so start of June would be a good time to start looking at visiting so I can afford things like coffee! Haha.

How was NZ, by the way?

oh cool, that would fit perfectly with the new naps, I hope. See, my life is ruled by small persin sleep.... NZ was really really great. It was so lovely hanging out with L and Carter full-time in the sunshine :) Still don't think I want to move there though - too far away.

Yeah, I don't think I'd want to live there, either. Have all thoughts of West Coast USA disappeared?

Gods no, that is where my heart is! And I think L liked it too _ we stopped off there on our way home. Im going to start looking seriously about moving there when i have five mins :)

Which city was it that you were particularly into?

The company I work for has a small office in LA. I've been joking with Ashe about it. She reckons that if I ever move to LA she'll get an apartment with me. Haha.

I don't see it happening, but it would be awesome...

San Francisco or Santa Cruz are my favourite places. I've only ever been to LA for the airport, so never explored. But most places I've been to in California along the coast at least have been very laid-back.

I think NorCal tends to be more so. Although, whenever I think of San Francisco I think of South Park and their 'Smug Alert!' episode.
